Can anyone sign up to be a member?
Yes, the Bluegrass Hospitality Group welcomes everyone 21 years of age or older. We do not charge a fee for joining.

How do I earn and redeem my points?
A point is applied for each pre-tax, pre-gratuity dollar spent on food and non-alcoholic beverages. Points will accumulate and can be redeemed by going to mybhgrewards.com and selecting “redeem” at the top of the screen. Select your reward based on your point level.
Do my points or Rewards expire?
No, your points or BHG Rewards balance will not expire unless you have 18 months of inactivity.
What if I forget my card when dining?
By providing your server with your name and cell phone number, he/she will be able to search your account profile to input points. You must have an ID present. You may also visit the "Add Missing Points" page on this website but make sure you have your receipt handy. Upon validation of your purchase, points will be added to your card.
What if I forget my BHG/Drake's Rewards Card number?

Can my BHG/Drake's Rewards Card be applied or redeemed for purchases made on alcoholic beverages?
Legal and liability regulation prohibits the application of points for alcohol purchases.
How will I know my point balance?
Your customer receipt will show your point balance at the bottom.
A weekly email will be sent to the address you provided with your card number directing you to check your point balance at any time at http://myicard.mybhgrewards.com/.
How do I redeem my Rewards?
It’s simple. Visit mybhgrewards.com, click “redeem” at the top of the page, and start shopping
How soon will I be notified if BHG changes or terminates the BHG/Drake's Rewards Card program?
BHG will notify our BHG/Drake's Rewards Card members through the email address provided upon registration and on our website at www.bluegrasshospitality.com
Is there a limit to the amount of BHG Rewards I can obtain?
It’s 100% up to you how many points your earn, however we may cancel your card if you exceed 18 months of inactivity.
Can I accumulate points if I pay with a BHG Gift Card or Concierge Card?
Points can be earned on credit card or cash payments only (i.e. points are not issued for transactions paid with gift cards, coupons or Concierge Club dollars).
Are points rounded to nearest dollar amount?
Points are earned based on the whole dollar amount, excluding change
Why am I not receiving email communication?
Please check your junk or spam folder first. Next login to http://myicard.mybhgrewards.com/ using your card number to double check your email address in your profile. Of course, you may always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to assist.
Can I cancel my BHG Rewards card?
If you decide to no longer participate and choose to cancel your membership in BHG / Drake's Rewards due to any reason, please contact us email@example.com or call 859-335-6500 and we will deactivate your card. Points are non-transferrable and for use as dining credit only.
