Starting as a dish washer in Chicago, Pablo loved the excitement that a million dollar kitchen could offer and he was hooked. Working very hard, he learned all there was to know about cooking great food in the big city and brought all that knowledge to us here at BHG in 2002. His dream is to own his own restaurant at the beach and watch his kids finish growing up, get great jobs – and then move out.
