This Kentucky home-grown chef has been trying to make the biscuits fluffier ever since he was a toddler at his grandma’s side. He’s responsible for the great food you get at Harry’s, Sal’s, and Malone’s Banquets. Matt weaves his simple, rural culinary experience with professional continental flair to create signature BHG dishes. Executive Chef Matt Combs would happily spend the rest of his days sipping beers at his own pub and eating pork.
