John Jones
Sous Chef, Malone’s Palomar.
This seasoned veteran Sous Chef is crossing the line in a rare BHG move. John will be a fully trained and capable front of the house as well as back of house manager. A Bluegrass native, John has worked in restaurants all over the central Kentucky area. If you’ve dined out in the last 13 years, you’ve probably eaten something from his kitchen. Happily for all of us, John caught the food bug from his dad early in life. A smart and talented young guy, John feels as though he has finally found a home at BHG. Watch out Bruce and Brian, this guy could be gunning for your jobs (so they can finally relax and play at Drake’s all day!)
