Starting at the bottom and working his way all the way up to the top as executive chef is a statement of its own. This ambitious family man and avid thrill seeker came to Lexington to follow
his dream of working in food. A veteran of the local scene, he’s proudest of the work he has done at Malone’s. Enrique’s dream is to be able to attend the finals of the world cup and cook for the winning team. For now, he is happy to be on our winning team. This soccer loving chef really kicks out the flavors.
