This 28 year old was lucky enough to grow up in Acapulco, at his family’s very successfully operated restaurant. Working in our kitchens for 5 years, this extremely hardworking sous chef treats everyone he works with like family. He’s constantly motivating his employees and always there to lend a helping hand to keep his kitchen on track.
